Festival of lights

Diwali is a festival which has the potential of unifying entire India. Diwali has been given the traditional name of 'festival of lights' because of the hundreds and thousands of small oil lamps or diyas lighted by many households. The burning of these diyas are considered to be the lighted pathway of a person's expression of happiness, joy and also a manner of paying obeisance to God, the Supreme power for attainment of health, prosperity, knowledge, financial security and peace in one's life.

Morning Walk

One must walk 15 Minutes daily in the morning to live healthy. It worked for me and I want to share this with everyone.

Here are a few great tips to help you remain healthy, happy and full of energy!
Try to exercise at least one hour a day, at least five days a week. Exercising includes all of the following activities: walking, running, cycling, skipping, swimming, skating, dancing, aerobics, and any other sport activity.

Eat healthy foods instead of junk food (this does not mean that you can never eat junk food, just make sure you eat junk food in moderation). Healthy foods include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, leaner meats, lower fat dairy products, etc.
Drink plenty of water. Avoid drinking soft drinks and other drinks loaded with sugar.
